The route

A 5-mile round-trip paddle and a 1.5-mile guided hike for travellers who want the canyon from both water and land.
Paddle about 2.5 miles each way from Antelope Point, then hike 1.5 miles deeper into the canyon.
Before you go
Bring the basics.
Water, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, water-friendly clothing and shoes or sandals are all recommended. A small dry bag is handy for valuables.
